In order to gain your Full Driving Licence you need to pass a written Theory Test before applying for a Practical Test. The first part of The Theory Test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions of which you must get 43 correct. This is followed by the hazard perception test, which takes the form of fourteen video clips, each approximately one minute long. Points are scored by the speed with which you recognise the hazards. The whole exam is done on a computer and you must pass both. Having passed your theory test you will be well on your way to your practical test. Theory test assistance can be made available with the help of our on-board computer.
